In Marrakech there are about 300 car rental agencies, 3/4^th of which having very few vehicles and mostly acting as sub-letting agents for the more important agencies.
Their general expenses must therefore be taken out of few rentals and support 2 commissions which lead them to reduce their insurance cover. On the other hand, international car rental agencies are very expensive.
